"Time has no origin, no middle, and no end . Time is infinite, omnipresent, omnipotent, indivisible, imperishable, and indestructible ",scriptures describe so and we can as well think and feel so .Vedas, scriptures and Lord Sri Krishna too in Gita describe Kal (Time ) itself as the creator, saviour and destroyer of the worlds .

Paying heed, it can be seen that ' Time' is the only ' form ' possessing entire attributes and characteristics of the Supreme Spirit (God) .

Hence, it can be said : perception of Supreme Spirit can be had if success of perception of ' Time ' is achieved .

To know the Supreme Spirit, it is first necessary to know ' Spirit ' (particle of the Supreme Spirit) .To know 'Time' ,it is first necessary to know a part or fraction of 'Time' .
It means that perception of 'Spirit' can be had if success of perception of a part or fraction of 'Time' is achieved .

But how to perceive 'Time' or a part of 'Time' ?
The answer is : ' 6.50 - 7.5 = 15 '

6.50 - 7.5 = 15 :

This denotes 15 minute's evening time from 6.50 hrs. to 7.05 hrs..This apparant
part of time is the advent of Divine Message of God for a total good of the world and is
established as 'Spirit of the world-body' which by its mediation, can create and maintain world-unity just like unity in the various parts of the body in mediation of the Spirit in the body . Although, this 15 minutes' time appears to be a fraction of time, it is in real, present everywhere and at all times .This is nucleus of time and is one single indivisible unit of the Absolute Time, the Mahakal .

6.50 - 7.5 = 15 ---Identification and perception :

A particular time can be identified only by the actions / work done at that time. For identification of '6.50 - 7.5 = 15' , it is observed and performed as Moun Sadhana everyday without gap for any reason whatsoever, in the evening at the said time in the form of some laid down actions, orderly entrusted to each and every second of this fifteen minutes' period .

You have to first identify this 15 minutes out of 24 hours, everyday and then each and every second's action contained in this 15 minutes .This work can be done only when you give supremacy to it in your daily-routine and in your life .When you succeed to do this, then only, identification of '6.50 - 7.5 = 15' will get accomplished .

When you succeed to gain trust that no obstruction or any kind of worldly affairs can ever weaken you in lifelong Moun Sadhana or when'6.50 - 7.5 = 15' becomes as dear to you as your own spirit, you are blessed to have gotten perception of '6.50 - 7.5 = 15' or the perception of Spirit . This Divine Time appeared through Dr. Viyogi Ji Maharaj ; here, an abstract of its Realization and Appearance as written by him himself, on 26th October , 1960, is reproduced as it is :

The way, I am having talks with you and others through this writing, in the same way, about fourteen years before now, someone pointing me towards the soul of a form Named as TIME, made me to see the 15 minutes' part in the form of the evening time from 6.50 hrs. to 7.05 hrs. and further, in order to make me recognized it thoroughly, got me introduced completely with its every single moment--I then, saw that the same part of time advancing orderly by one minute for nearly every hundred miles distance, got comprised in the form of twenty four hours in such a way that the whole Universe got seen in its point-spot like corner--As I saw that crores of Satyug, Treta, Dwapar, Kaliyug, Brahma, Vishnu, Mahesh, Annihilation and Creation were happening indeterminately multiple times in It--but 'That Small Part' without a least decay since ever, remained Uniform and further that Its appearances reassured that in future too, decay can never touch That Form .I then knew that, like all, knowing ' That Small Part of Time ' as one- fourth part of an hour of the day and night, I had been considering day, month and the year etc. as the forms of time--as like an ignorant who unacquainted with the Soul, considers himself a body ."
