Tadasan is a posture of
body in attention--a cautious straight standing with
legs, back and neck stretched , both heals adjacent
and toes of the feet apart by one span. Both arms to
keep downwards along thighs, fists open , and
fingers downwards. Keep knees , elbows , other
joints and all
the veins and nerves in stretched position . Keep
eyes open ahead or closed facing West direction . |
