CONCH BLOWING :
Time--12 minutes from 6.45 p.m. to
6.57 p.m.
(i)Start conch
blowing at 6.45 p.m. in the West direction with body
posture as in the diagram. Complete one blow and
stop. Then take turn clockwise at 90 degree and blow
in the North direction and so on in the East, South
and West directions respectively and continue
likewise up to 6.57 p.m.. While taking turns, the
right ankle remaining in the centre and the left leg
outside, both will move clockwise .
(ii)Conch blowing is
optional and is not binding but is advisable for all
to do it because of its multifarious benefits for
self and public health (physical and mental both).
Researches conducted revealed that conch blowing
helps environmental cleanliness and fast recovery in
some diseases as its sound waves have gotten unique
quality of destroying various bacteria of diseases
up to distant places. It is a very good exercise and Pranayam too.
(iii) Conch blowing is a
must in Deoasthan (a permanent place for Moun
Sadhana).
(iv) Those not doing conch
blowing, will perform 'self-surrender' from 6.50
p.m. to 6.57 p.m. in Tadasan in Pranayam--natural.
(v) Those doing conch
blowing, will complete 'self-surrender' before 6.45
p.m. in Tadasan in Pranayam--natural.Then they will
perform conch blowing from 6.45 p.m. to 6.57 p.m..
