AGYA KARYAKRAMA

AGYA KARYAKRAMA :

Time--1½ minutes from 7.03½ p.m. to 7.05 p.m.
Total number of Agya Karyakrama--11
Each Agya Karyakrama takes 8 seconds with 16 Mantras.
Total Mantras = 11 × 16 = 176

Step ( I ) :
After completion of Karbaddha Pranam at 7.03½ p.m.,do Rechak and then immediately come to Kumbhak and do in sequence as :

( i ) Spread the palms of the joined hands towards the thumbs , bring the thumbs on the palms below ring fingers , close the fists , unite the fists with finger's side and keep these united on the chest in the mid.

( ii ) Now, separate the fists and bring at the respective chest sides below the shoulders.

The above work in Kumbhak, is to be accomplished very quickly as no extra time is specified for it .


Step ( II ) :
( i )
Now, come from Kumbhak to Poorak and do it for 2 seconds with 4 Mantras .The first Agya Karyakrama begins here with start of the Poorak.

( ii ) Now come from Poorak to Kumbhak and retain in it for 4 seconds with 8 Mantras while doing as :Throw the fists ahead with push and now with the hands stretched , bring the fists back with push to its maximum from beneath making a semi circle and immediately on its return , the body coming down like in sitting position and the fists passing from near the toes (ankles) and now, with the body raising up , the fists going up in front of the chest, bring back the fists with push to rest on the respective sides of the chest, thus making a complete round .Now end Kumbhak.

( iii ) After ending Kumbhak, come to Rechak and do it for 2 seconds with 4 Mantras. With completion of Rechak, the first Agya Karyakrama gets here completed .

(iv ) After completion of the first Agya Karyakrama in Rechak , now, keeping the same body posture, come immediately from Rechak to Poorak and do it for 2 seconds with 4 Mantras. Here, with the beginning of Poorak, the second Agya Karyakrama gets started.

(V ) Following the earlier sequences i.e. as in 7/ Step ( II ) item (ii) & (iii) , complete the second Agya Karyakrama and so on the remaining nine .Thus, 11 Agya Karyakrama get completed at about 7.05 p.m..  
(VI ) Counting of the Agya Karyakrama is done at the 8th Mantra of Kumbhak ie. with completion of 7 / Step (II) item (ii) in each cycle and knowledge of 11 counts is had .  
( VII) After completion of the last Agya Karya-krama in Rechak , come to Pranayam-natural. Express gratitude and thanks to God for your completing Moun Sadhana on the day .

NOTE : Mantra - 'Jai Jai' ( 2 Mantra in 1 second ) is used by the devotees but 2 Mantra in 1 second, by any name of God , can be made use of.

Here completes the 'ACTIVE MOUN SADHANA' ,where an utmost busy work for 15 minutes from 6.50 p.m. to 7.05 p.m., has been presented .If, the devotee completes this work during this time , control over mind and success of Dhyan is inevitable within a short period of practice .
