CHINTAN _ DARSHAN

CHINTAN-DARSHAN (Viewing And Visualizing) :

Time--1½ minutes from 6.57 p.m. to 6.58½ p.m..
Asan--Tadasan and Pranayam--natural.

Chintan-Darshan involves attention towards the self-responding in respect of the surrendered actions. After you have completed self-surrender, you are to get some indications from God's side for your good. Therefore, keeping in disciplined Tadasan, have care to receive the indications during this period.


 

    

KARBADDHA PRANAM : (Folded Hands Salutation)

Time--1½ minutes from 6.58½ p.m. to7.00 p.m.
Pranayam--natural.

Karbaddha Pranam involves expressing gratitude and having faith towards God for His indications and then, thinking over ways to put the indications into action for your uplift and improvement. In the end, i.e. at 7.00 p.m., do Pranayam -- Rechak .
